Business Requirement	Development of definition and priorities of various projects, supported by external project consultant. Specify project charters, to prepare them for prioritisation/ launch.

Location	By regular scheduled teleconference or web conference as appropriate.
Delivery Format	Monthly 1 hour review of project issues according to SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Issues arising which are followed up by the consultant are charged by the hour.
Participants	Nominated individuals, typically senior managers or CEO.
Confidentiality	Guaranteed, as all communications are private.
Language	Documentation in English Spoken language as appropriate to the situation.
Client Responsibilities	Ensure that participants have adequate project information and authority. Arrange telecommunications.
Business Terms & Conditions	Prepayment of 3 months retainer at time of booking, followed by monthly invoicing until/ unless cancelled. Cancellation/ rescheduling according to Scatterwork Business Terms and Conditions
Options (not in basic price)	Implementation of selected project assignments by consultant.
